4 Months!!!

I am in shock that Griffin is four months old! I am starting to have a difficult time recollocting a time that he was not in our family. His sweetness just glows around him. Sometimes I swear I can see it!
Today was is Doctors' appointment and you will never guess how much he weighs... give up? 16 POUNDS!!!! Insanity! He is also very long, 26 inches, so he apparently is big all the way around! I LOVE IT! I find it so amazing that he has done so well with such a rough start. AMAZING! The pure cream he is drinking is part of the chunkness and maybe the fact that I hold him so much that my back muscles are going to start looking like the Incredible Hulk. He is not fussy at all, I just can't help myself!! I have started to put him down more and he is rolling form his front to back and from his back to his side, not all the way to the tummy yet but he is in a huge hurry!!

Buddies

On Saturday Ry had to run to the office and work on some stuff in the garage. He took Griffin with him(to get some much needed male-bonding time). He had fallen asleep in his carseat and was out in the garage helping Ry fix the girls 4-wheeler. Daddy wanted to take him for a ride on the new 4-wheeler he picked up a couple of weeks ago. Griffin kept trying to reach for the handlebars and anything else he could get his hands on!! Ry took him for a nice ride around our house and the empty lot next door. I think he is a natural!!!

So I have finally done it!! Here is our blog. I hope that I will have time to keep up with it! With the girls in school and our house starting to come together I figure I can spend a little time on something fun like this.

The girls are at their first day of school and I can't believe they are in 4th and 1st grade!! Moving has been hard on them but not as hard as it could have been. Thanks to the McBees'. They have been such great friends to us!! I think making friends quickly has really helped the girls adjust easily. Having a little brother has helped with growing up too.
Izzy is such a big help with Griffin!! She is great at calming him down or making him laugh. She is also great at cleaning up and organizing. Ella is also a big help and loves to entertain Griifin or just hang out and hold his hand. She is so "chill." Nothing seems to get under her skin. Definately a quality I need to work on!

Tomorrow I am going to sign the girls up for dance and they will start classes in September. It sounds like Griffin is awake & hungry, again!! Until next time...
